Thomas Panton

Tom is a commercial real estate agent in Colorado who represents clients for restaurant and industrial uses. He specializes in tenant and land representation in addition to investment sales. Since moving to Colorado from the Chicago area in 2011, Tom has advised clients in setting and understanding their space needs and researching and thoroughly analyzing all financial aspects of each deal. He works with both investors and landlords/tenants primarily in the South Metro Denver area. He has been involved in several real estate deals of his own. He earned his MBA from DePaul University in Chicago in 1992 with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. Tom is a member of the Denver Metro Commercial Realtors Association. Tom was also a long time board member with LifeSpark Cancer Resources as the Major Gifts Chair.

Prior to his career in real estate, Tom was an Internet marketing/development professional with over 15 years of experience helping clients build their brands and sales online. He has worked as a creative director, digital strategist and technical developer since 1996. He is intimately familiar with online marketing efforts including advanced analytics, online advertising placement and mobile/responsive development. Tom regularly taps his marketing experience to help his real estate clients utilize the Internet to market their properties.

Tom Panton is a Chicago native who currently resides in Centennial, Colorado with his wife and daughter. Tom is an avid runner and races bicycles competitively. He has completed three marathons and ran as qualifying time for the Boston Marathon in 2011.
